History

The "one person" company was founded in August 2007 by Pia Selgan Rasmussen.

Pia has a Msc. Pharm. from the School of Pharmaceutial Science in 1993 in Denmark. She has worked within the pharmaceutial industry as a Qualified Person (QP) and a Responsible Person (RP), as well as an educational consultant. She has worked full time at Dumex-Alpharma (4 years), Novo Nordisk (2 years), Pharmakon (5 years) and Lifecycle Pharma (2 years).

She has a 2 years ID LifeCoach education (IDacademy.dk) supplemented with a stresscoach education (Forebygstress.dk).

During her career she has performed good manufacturing practice (GMP) training for several companies, such as Coloplast, Ferring, H. Lundbeck, Leo Pharma and Novo Nordisk.

As an independant consultant, several companies have used Pia to implement a quality management system in order to get an approval (§ 39) from the Danish Medicines Agency. Amongst these companies are e.g. Axellus, Ascendis Pharma and Alkalon. She has supported both very small companies, with only 1 employee, as well as pharmaceutical companies that are amongst Denmarks largest. 

Also, Pia is working as a external lecturer in GMP at the School of Pharmaceutical Science - University of  Copenhagen (Det sundhedsvidenskabelige Fakultet) and University College Copenhagen (Københavns Professionshøjskole). She has also worked as an external lecturer at Zealand (Sjællands Erhvervsakademi). 

Several of her clients have used her as a GxP consultant for 10+ years. These includes the School of Pharmaceutical Science, Paranova and Larix.
